This is a great, great, great time to downsize because if we are still in 2020 and possibly 2021 when you're watching this, we're probably still going to be in a seller's market. A lot of people are wanting to do this, but they just don't know the logistics of how to sell their home and buy a new home at the same time, which we help people do that all the time, so just call us. And the number of single story homes being built in central Florida are on the rise, which shows that a lot of people are gravitating towards not having any stairs in their house. People are moving for a number of reasons. One, they're much more energy efficient. Two, they're easier to maintain. Number three, they're accessible for everyone.
