Here are the top five most important questions that sellers ask me before listing their home.

First, obviously, "How much is my home worth?" Every time without fail, that's a question. The second is, "How soon can the house sell?" Number three, "Will all buyers that come through my home be serious buyers?" Number four, "What do I need to do inside my home before pictures?" Number five, "Should we do any updating inside the home before we list it?" Oh, I actually have six. And number six, "Will I know when people are coming to see my home?" And by the way, the answer to that is yes. We're never going to send buyers to your home without you knowing.
