Sellers, make sure that you're asking these questions when you interview your next agent.Do they have vendors that can help you get your house ready for the market, painters, cleaners, and stagers? Ask them how many homes they've sold in your neighborhood, not just your zip code, your neighborhood. And lastly, and probably the most important question, what are they going to do differently to sell your home? What's their marketing plan or do they just have a cookie-cutter recipe for every home that they list? Or do they just put a sign in the yard and pray? That was good. So be sure you know the exact strategy that they're using and what's going to work best for you and your home.
