#ChickChat Episode 12- Condo or Townhome?

So, what's the difference between a condo and a town home? A condo is typically one floor. You own the space. You own the inside of a condo. A town home you own from the ground all the way up. And typically, you will have a little ground space with a town home. It's all in the ownership. And a condominium, you're going to have more fees because a lot of times the roof is paid for. Sometimes your electric, water, trash is paid for. So your homeowner's association fees are going to be more. Now, don't always think that a roof will be paid for in a condo. It really depends upon the condo docs. So make sure you read that. So if you have any questions, give us a call.
